SHIPPING INFORMATION
GALL delivers parcels worldwide via DHL, ups, and fedex.
Typically, shipments will take between 1-5 (usualy 1-3) business days to arrive, depending your locations proximity to Italy. Within your order there will be an official GALL invoice stating exactly what is in your package.
TAX & DUTIES
Since GALL cannot control the fluctuations and policy changes from country to country - all taxes and import duties are at the clients expense. This means we do not add any extra flat costs to our items, which would be unfair to the countries with lower tax/duty rates. Please research your local policies to estimate the specific rates dictated by your country.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
GALL will process and deliver all online pre-orders during the weeks of shipment to our B2B retailers. All pre-orders will be invoiced and paid in full the day of the orders placement, or the next working day and will be shipped at a later estimated date (in most cases 90 days later).
ALL PRE-ORDERABLE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WHEN THE NEW SEASON BEGINS, AND before all regular orders are made available. So you get your GALL first!
GALL cannot be accountable for any delays, cancellations or variations made on pre-orderable items during the production stage.
In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, GALL will promptly inform and refund the customeMany GALL designs have the availability for client customization.
If you find an item no longer in stock, something from a prior season, or would like to see if you can switch a color or fabric of a design: Contact us via email: info@gallclothing.com and we will work on a piece specifically for you! As said before, this includes sold out items from current and past collections. A custom GALL design will take between 3-5 weeks for delivery.
