We will process and deliver all online pre-orders during the weeks of shipment to our B2B retailers. All pre-orders will be invoiced and paid in full the day of the orders placement, or the next working day and will be shipped at a later estimated date (in most cases 90 days later).

In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, we will promptly inform and refund credit the customer at their decision.Many Justin Gall designs have the availability for client customization.

As said before, this includes sold out items from current and past collections. A custom GALL design will take between 3-8 weeks depending on complexity.
